Preparing the cooking room
In the side room, we set up the projector, computer and cooking tables, placing all the necessary ingredients in bowls. Three hours before the event we still had no internet. I had been asking for several days about it, and I was assured that it was here and it was wireless. Finally I asked where the internet came from. One waiter looked at me and then pointed to an electrical socket in the wall. At that moment I called for backup, my good friend Mehmet came to the rescue, arranging for a wireless internet box to be brought into the room. Somehow in the end it managed to work.
