Located in Sinop - on the Northern-most part of Turkey, we stared out at the sea, thinking about Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Russia, Ukraine....and of course, about food.
To begin our exploration of Sinop, we were sent recipes from individuals in cities that border the Black Sea - one from Odessa, Ukraine and the other from a small coastal village in Russia.
We found the ingredients in Sinop, exploring the town, its food and citizens.
